My favorite part about the program is the community within the graduate students here as well as the welcoming and amazing faculty here.
Hi my name is Dante Buhl, I’m a SciCAM masters student at UCSC. I chose a degree in Scientific Computing and Applied Mathematics because I enjoy solving difficult problems through a mixture of clever analytical mathematics and practical numerical techniques. My favorite part about the program is the community within the graduate students here as well as the welcoming and amazing faculty here (and the fluids program!) I think UCSC is a pretty unique and interesting place to study and I’m glad to be here.
